Best time to propose in Thailand

The Andaman coast (Phuket, Phi Phi) is driest and clearest from November to April — the peak proposal window. The Gulf side (Koh Samui, Koh Phangan, Pattaya) runs a little different: December–April plus a reliable July–August window, with rains peaking in October–November.
