About proposal.events

proposal.events is the proposal-focused arm of WedTour — a wedding and events team on the ground in Thailand since 2014, working across Thailand, Vietnam and Bali.

Who we are

We're a local team of planners, decorators and photographers who live in the region year-round. Over 10+ years we've organised 300+ weddings, events and proposals — with an in-house European decorator and our own décor workshop, so nothing is off-the-shelf.

Why that matters for your proposal

Planning a surprise from another country is hard: you can't scout the light, book the spot or read the weather. We do all of that on the ground, every week. We know which viewpoint is quiet at 6pm, when the tide's right on which beach, and where the photographer should stand.

Our parent brand WedTour has been recognised with RB Wedding Awards and MyWed Awards and featured in WEDDING Magazine across five countries. Those are wedding credentials — we're proud of them, and they're why our proposals are held to the same standard.
